Nurturing teamwork and team dynamics in a hybrid work model
This study analyzes the impact of the transition to hybrid work models on teamwork and team dynamics from the perspective of five key challenges: communication, coordination, connection, creativity, and culture. The research shows that team communication, work coordination, social and emotional connections among team members, as well as fostering creativity and corporate culture are crucial in hybrid work models.
