Terms and Conditions (T&C)

Registration

We are pleased to accept your registration for a management seminar or program via email, mail, or through our website. Upon receipt of your registration, you will receive from us:

• Confirmation of your registration with the corresponding invoice
• Information about the process, notes on hotel/conference center and travel

If the seminar is already fully booked, we will inform you immediately.

Seminar Fee, Hotel Costs and Content

The seminar fee (plus statutory VAT) includes participation in the seminar as well as seminar materials.

Hotel costs, meals and any daily rates of the conference center are not included in the seminar fee and must be paid directly to the hotel. Participants can decide whether to stay at the seminar hotel or externally. In the latter case, the daily rate of the hotel or conference center must be paid directly there.

The seminar fee becomes due after registration and must be transferred at least six weeks before the seminar begins. We reserve the right to make minor changes to topics, sequence or speakers.

Cooperations

Some seminars are conducted in cooperation with renowned institutions. Certifications and ECTS points are awarded in collaboration with Steinbeis Universities.

Confirmations and Certificate

After successful completion of the seminar, you will receive a corresponding participation confirmation or certificate. For multi-part programs, certificates are awarded in the last module.

Rebooking and Postponement

• Up to three months before seminar start: Free rebooking
• Six weeks to three months before seminar start: 30% of seminar fee due
• Less than six weeks before seminar start: 40% of seminar fee due
• Less than two weeks before seminar start: 80% of seminar fee due
• No-show: The seminar fee is forfeited without refund

Rebookings may lead to program changes or overlaps. A proportional refund is not possible.

Cancellation, Withdrawal, Cancellation

• Up to three months before seminar start: Cancellation fee of CHF 500.- plus VAT
• Three months to six weeks before seminar start: 50% of seminar fee plus VAT
• Less than 30 working days before seminar start: Full seminar fee due

Alternatively, up to 14 days before the seminar start, a substitute person according to the target group description can be provided for a fee of CHF 800.- plus VAT.

Should a seminar be cancelled due to force majeure or insufficient number of participants by no later than ten working days before the seminar start, there is no claim for damages.

Postponement in Case of Dangerous Situation or Pandemic

For pandemic-related rebookings, we offer accommodating regulations: No new seminar fee or rebooking fee will be charged. The seminar fee remains due with the due date stated on the invoice.

Dangerous situations are defined as events such as epidemics, pandemics, natural disasters or serious political or social upheavals that pose a threat to participants and make a postponement necessary. Cancellation by participants due to such circumstances is not possible.

StGallen imt Business School reserves the right to relocate seminars to another venue for compelling reasons, without this allowing withdrawal from the registration.

Insurance, Liability and Price Changes

We recommend taking out seminar cancellation insurance to cover cancellation costs due to illness or other unforeseen events.

Any direct or indirect damages in connection with seminar attendance (e.g. accident, illness, liability, theft or application of the knowledge conveyed) must be covered by the participants or their companies themselves. Any liability on our part is excluded.

Swiss law applies, place of jurisdiction is St. Gallen.

With the publication of a new prospectus, all previous information on content, conditions, speakers and prices becomes invalid.
