StGallen Fast Track MBA Programme
Management expertise and a master’s thesis in one MBA programme
MBA in 28 days – 60 ECTS in cooperation with Steinbeis Hochschule
One programme. One master’s thesis.
One MBA in 28 days.
Not seven separate topics, but one connected management task.
Seven disciplines, one whole
General management is more than the interplay of individual functions: decisions take effect across functional boundaries.
Modular and part-time
28 programme days made up of on-site blocks and hybrid days – easy to plan alongside day-to-day responsibility.
MBA with 60 ECTS
The programme leads to the MBA: 60 ECTS in cooperation with Steinbeis Hochschule – based on the modules and the master’s thesis.
Seven modules, one master’s thesis, one MBA
The StGallen Fast Track MBA Programme covers the core tasks of running a company in 28 days: integrated management and strategy, international markets, financial leadership, leading people, market, brand and sales management, processes and change, and innovation. Each module stands for one of these tasks; seven hybrid days are added on top.
The modules follow a shared frame of reference: the St. Gallen understanding of integrated general management, which relates strategy, organization, finance, markets, people and culture to one another.
Entry is flexible: several runs in German and in English are available for every module. Models, case studies and transfer work ensure that the content lands in your own management practice.
The programme concludes with the master’s thesis: a real topic from your own company, addressed academically and supervised individually.
- Steer the company as a whole system instead of optimizing functions one by one
- Take market, location and market entry decisions more clearly and more quickly
- Make financial decisions more clearly, faster and at higher quality
- Lead people effectively and develop talent with purpose
- Understand customers better, address markets more precisely, position brands more clearly
- Analyze processes with data and lead change effectively
- Make innovation decisions more clearly and shorten development cycles
- Address a topic from your own practice on a sound academic basis and complete it with the MBA
