StGallen AI Excellence Management Programme
Strategy, leadership, processes and AI in one programme
Twelve days of St. Gallen management expertise for leadership in the age of AI
One programme. Twelve days.
General management in the age
of AI.
Not four separate topics, but one connected management task – rethought with AI.
Four disciplines, one coherent whole
AI changes decisions, processes and responsibility – leadership is more than using new tools.
Modular, not in one block
Twelve programme days in four blocks of three days each – easy to plan alongside day-to-day responsibility.
The St. Gallen approach to management and AI
All modules combine the management concept with AI – strategically grounded, ethically reflected, fit for practice.
Four modules for leadership in the age of AI
In twelve days, the StGallen AI Excellence Management Programme covers the core tasks of running a company: integrated management and strategy, leading people, process optimization and change leadership, and the use of artificial intelligence in decision-making and leadership. Each module stands for one of these tasks.
The modules follow a shared frame of reference: the St. Gallen understanding of integrated general management, which relates strategy, organization, processes, people, culture and technology to one another.
The start is flexible: several runs in German and in English are available for every module. Models, case studies and transfer work ensure that the content reaches your own management practice.
- Steer the company as a whole system instead of optimizing functions one by one
- Lead people effectively and develop talent with purpose
- Analyze processes with data and improve them measurably
- Recognize the effects of change earlier and steer them actively
- Make clearer, faster and better decisions
- Use AI responsibly, ethically and in line with compliance
