Management Programme

StGallen Management Programme

Strategy, finance, leadership and markets in one programme

Twelve days of St. Gallen management expertise – with a flexible start

St. Gallen management programme

One programme. Twelve days.
General management as a whole.

Not four separate topics, but one connected management task.

Four disciplines, one connected whole

General management is more than the interplay of individual functions: decisions take effect across functional boundaries.

Modular, not all in one go

Twelve programme days in four blocks of three days each – easy to plan alongside day-to-day responsibility.

The St. Gallen approach to integrated management

All modules follow the same management concept: strategically grounded, close to practice and ready to build on.

I Concept

Four modules, one path of development

In twelve days, the StGallen Management Programme works through the core tasks of general management: integrated management and strategy, financial leadership, leading people, and market, brand and sales management. Each module stands for one of these tasks.

The modules follow a shared frame of reference: the St. Gallen understanding of integrated general management, which relates strategy, organization, finance, markets, people and culture to one another.

The start is flexible: several runs in German and in English are available for every module. Models, case studies and transfer work ensure that the content reaches your own management practice.
