Our Executive Seminars are designed for professionals with work experience who have already taken on leadership responsibilities or are preparing for such a role. Additional requirements may apply depending on the programme. Detailed information can be found on the respective programme page.
Registration for our seminars or programmes takes place in three steps:
- Completing and submitting the registration form – online, via email, or through our website
- Review of your information by our team
- Confirmation of your participation and delivery of all relevant information and the official invitation
We offer different formats depending on the programme. Many seminars are held in person, with some complemented by digital components.
- In-person formats: Intensive learning experience on-site with direct exchange and networking
- Hybrid formats: For example, preparatory materials, accompanying live sessions, or supplementary coaching to deepen the content

Our Executive Education programmes are designed to be compatible with professional commitments and offer different time formats. They are modular in structure and can be partially combined with each other:
- Management Seminars: Compact intensive seminars over 3-4 days, with the fourth day typically dedicated to coaching and practical application
- Certificate Programmes: Modular programmes with a duration of 3-6 months and flexible entry
- Executive MBA: Comprehensive programmes over 12 months or more with flexible learning phases and entry options
The exact dates are announced well in advance so you can plan your professional commitments accordingly.
A typical course day at StGallen imt Business School is structured as follows:
- 08:30 - 09:00: Check-in and networking coffee
- 09:00 - 12:30: Morning session with interactive lectures and discussions
- 12:30 - 13:30: Lunch together with networking opportunity
- 13:30 - 17:00: Afternoon session with practice-oriented workshops and case studies
- From 17:00: Optional: Networking events or time for group work
For online formats, the schedule is adjusted accordingly – with shorter learning units and additional breaks to reduce digital fatigue.
Participants in our Executive Education programmes receive carefully compiled materials from the respective instructors – including customized scripts, presentations, case studies, and practice-oriented working materials. The content is prepared with direct reference to the respective program and seminar goals.
We offer the following payment options:
- One-time payment (with possible early bird discount for early registration)
- Installment payment for multi-month Executive Education programmes (in 2-4 installments, depending on scope)
- Direct invoicing to your company
Payments can be made by bank transfer in CHF or EUR. We are happy to assist you with any questions about individual payment arrangements.
Yes, together with the Society for Integrated Management, we award (partial) scholarships to aspiring leaders with special development potential. We are happy to provide personal advice on the funding criteria and application process.
Additionally, our programmes can often be tax-deductible. For personal advice on funding opportunities, please contact our advisory team.
Depending on the type and scope of the management seminar programme, you will receive different degrees and certificates:
- Certificate of Attendance: For Management Seminars with official confirmation of the taught content
- ECTS Certificate: Upon successful completion of a certificate programme with recognized Credit Points (ECTS), in cooperation with Steinbeis University
- CAS / MBA: For more comprehensive Executive Education programmes with examination requirements, you receive a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) or an MBA degree – including certificate and ECTS credit points, also in cooperation with Steinbeis University
