Eight modules, one month, an MBA
The Swiss International MBA Summer School takes you through the core tasks of general management in just one intensive month: integrated management and strategy, international markets, financial leadership, leading people, market, brand and sales management, processes and change, innovation, and the use of artificial intelligence in management. Each module stands for one of these tasks.
All modules share a common framework: the St. Gallen approach to integrated management, which connects strategy, organisation, finance, markets, people and culture.
The programme is designed for an international audience: taught entirely in English, delivered within one compact summer month, with participants from different countries, industries and functions. Models, case studies and transfer work – supported by mentoring and coaching for every focus area – ensure that what you learn translates directly into your own management practice.
Theory meets practice on site: excursions to Swiss business champions – from global market leaders to hidden champions – show first-hand how successful companies are run, and open doors into the Swiss business world. St. Gallen lies in the Lake Constance region, where Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Liechtenstein meet – making the programme a natural gateway to business in Switzerland and across Europe.
The programme concludes with the Master’s thesis: written alongside your job, in cooperation with a company or on a practice-relevant management topic, academically sound and accompanied by personal mentoring.

Entrepreneurial – Practical – Action-Oriented – Implementing Real Projects and Business Plans
The International MBA Summer School is designed for future leaders, founders and entrepreneurs. The training follows the logic of modern fast-track and scale-up mindsets: starting with an idea, then shaping strategy, defining processes and structures, staffing, and building concrete financial and master plans.
At its core is a unique management transfer concept: through integrated project work, participants tackle real business initiatives that drive companies forward sustainably. This means no passive seminar mode – you take the driver’s seat from day one, guided by your trainers, mentors and coaches.
